Perinatal Mental Health
“You are not alone. You are not to blame. With help, you will be well.” – Perinatal Support International
Becoming a parent can be a time of wonder and deep love—but it can also bring unexpected grief, fear, and overwhelm. Mental health concerns are common in this season, affecting people during pregnancy, after birth, and including the ambiguous grief of fertility challenges or pregnancy loss.
You may be feeling:
- Exhausted but unable to rest
- Anxious or irritable most of the time
- Detached or emotionally flat
- Overwhelmed by guilt or intrusive thoughts
- Alone in your experience—even with support around you

This season is full of change, and it can touch on long-standing stories of identity, trauma, and unmet needs. You deserve a space where all of that complexity is held with compassion and care.
I hold Level 1 & 2 training from Postpartum Support International and work with individuals facing a wide range of perinatal challenges, including postpartum depression, anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and birth trauma. Whether this is your first child or your fifth, your experience matters—and you are worthy of support.
